From European cuisine to fun Italian dining at Ristorante di Verona, there's something for everyone at our lively hotel in Clark, Pampanga. At all-day dining restaurant Markt, we embrace our Swiss heritage with a tribute to the atmospheric marketplaces of Europe. The open-plan, plaza-style dining space is fringed with nostalgic storefronts, complete with striped awnings and chalkboard menus. A stained-glass ceiling casts a colourful glow on the diners below, as you go from one themed station to the next perusing a host of à la carte and buffet options. An intimate space with a limited number of tables, it’s the perfect spot for a catch-up over a vitality lunch or traditional British afternoon tea. A date night rendezvous, or happy hour drinks with your closest colleagues. At the wave-shaped bar, tenders wait to guide you through the menu of craft beers and spirits, light wines and cocktails. In particular, The Atrium is known for its artisan gin and tonic selection – the perfect accompaniment to our healthy international menu options.
